Our Mission

Chabad of Fountain Hills

Founding Principles

Chabad of Fountain Hills is a neighborhood resource center for Jewish families. Our mission is to assist families in creating their own home-based Jewish environment, one Mitzvah at a time.

"There should be a place for all Jews—no labels, no affiliations. A place where every Jewish person is welcome regardless of their level of knowledge."

We successfully cater to hundreds of families from all backgrounds, offering educational programming in an accepting and innovative setting. Our goal is to create a positive Jewish experience for everyone as they strengthen their ties to the community.

Common Questions

It is the world’s largest international organization involved with Jewish education. We embrace the philosophy of "Ahavat Yisrael" (love for a fellow Jew). Chabad recognizes no differences between Jews; its goal is to serve the spiritual and physical needs of each Jew with understanding and love.
Absolutely not. Chabad is inclusive and non-judgmental. In fact, the majority of people who participate in our programs do not identify as Orthodox. Acceptance is never based on your personal lifestyle or level of observance.
No. Chabad is an educational organization dedicated to helping every Jew increase their level of Jewish knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment. Each individual makes their own religious lifestyle decisions at their own pace.
Yes. Chabad is deeply involved in defending Israel and its right to exist. We have over 200 centers in Israel and provide practical and spiritual support to the troops and the community.
Each center is supported by the community it serves. All funds donated remain right here in Fountain Hills. No funds are received from, or sent to, headquarters in New York.
The standing of Jewish women is central to the survival of Judaism. At Chabad, women are the cornerstone of Jewish family life. We work to provide fresh perspectives on self-understanding, growth, and Torah knowledge for the modern Jewish woman.
